When will my item be dispatched?

CERAMICS: Dispatch times may vary across designs - please check individual product pages. If you need something sooner than the time shown, send an email to olivia@okmason.com - sometimes I have one or two spare and ready to go!

CIGARETTE CASES & OTHER: These are dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Which courier do you use?

All items are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking. Overseas orders may also be shipped via Parcelforce.

Do you accept returns / offer refunds?

All pieces are made-to-order, and are therefore non-refundable. However if you have an issue with your piece please do send an email to olivia@okmason.com and I will do my best to find a solution!

Where is my tracking number?
